WORK-RELATED ILLNESS - REPETITIVE STRAIN
Complaints of repetitive strain injuries have become much more common since the widespread introduction of computers into the workplace. Science, though, is still trying to understand this phenomenon properly and, as yet, there is no widespread acceptance that the condition actually exists.
The term “repetitive strain injury” is sometimes used, however, as an umbrella term to cover a whole range of musculoskeletal conditions that are clinically recognised. If your injury is one of them and it has been caused (or made worse) by your workplace or the work that you do, you may be able to claim compensation from your employer.
If you’re unsure whether you may have a valid compensation claim, call us now on 08448 700 800 to discuss how we can help or simply fill in the CALL ME box and we’ll ring you. Alternatively, you can start your claim immediately by answering a few simple questions on the CLAIM NOW page and we’ll do the rest.
Remember – If you suffer harm in Scotland, your claim is best dealt with by Scottish specialists and you won’t pay a penny for our help, whatever happens.
